We were under the impression that breakfast was included and it was not. They do have starbucks so that was a bonus. The hotel is located near a ton of restaurants and shopping. If you book make sure you book the courtyard view

I truly enjoyed teh amenities and the hotel itself. Staff was friendly, we ate at the bistro, used the gym. For the price would stay again.

I will definitely stay here again, central to lots of things in Phoenix, rooms are comfortable, the staff when we arrived was so helpful and friendly

Front desk was very friendly, allowed late ck. Out and early ck in. Shower was very nice and bed was comfortable. Smart tv netflix,youtube .

The staff was top-notch, very friendly and accommodating. We had a late arrival and were greeted cheerfully. The view of the courtyard the next morning was the perfect welcome to Arizona. This location was a great starting location to head up north.

Close to GCU campus, easy access to freeway, clean and updates since my last stay, coffee bar (it was closed and woman at reception desk made me a coffee which was so kind and appreciated

Location was great! The staff was excellent- Melissa, Enrique, housekeepers, maintenance man who fixed our a/c immediately, and the sweet lady who ran the bistro coffee shop ( she was recently promoted to morning supervisor)! You all made our week memorable! Many thanks

The staff was great but the room had a bit of a musty smell and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Besides that it was a good stay. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful.
